Coming from the rich and fertile soil of Sierra Nevada and Serrania del Perija of Colombia, this Fairtrade and Organic coffee’s flavour is maintained by undergoing the mountain water decaffeination process. This involves being soaked in water and decaffeinated through osmosis.

The water is made up of organic flavour solubles extracted from a sample of the same coffee and allows for only the removal of caffeine in the process, leaving the flavour intact. Most importantly this coffee is associated with Cafe Femenino which is a gender equality program committed to supporting women producers.
